Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jhon Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valera Kamenskiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kamenskiy comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The only kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 18 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Valera Kamenskiy!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Valeri Chadov and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamenskiy tries to clinch
and Sullivan counters with a straight right hand.
Kamenskiy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A head kick misses from Kamenskiy.

Kamenskiy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sullivan was covering up waiting for the punch and Kamenskiy finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Kamenskiy wants to control from the top but Sullivan keeps moving.

Kamenskiy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kamenskiy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sullivan avoids it really well and circles away.
Sullivan is looking to clinch but Kamenskiy is avoiding it.

Kamenskiy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Sullivan counter with a right hand.
Kamenskiy dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sullivan. That did some damage!
Valera Kamenskiy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kamenskiy shoots and misses

and Sullivan counters with a crisp one two that drops Kamenskiy! Sullivan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kamenskiy to his feet! Kamenskiy is in big trouble!

Kamenskiy is rocked!
Jhon Sullivan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Valera Kamenskiy.
Kamenskiy throws a low kick but it's checked well by Sullivan.

Kamenskiy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sullivan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Sullivan avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Kamenskiy stands up from Sullivan's guard - Kamenskiy perhaps looking for a knockout.
Sullivan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kamenskiy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kamenskiy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Sullivan counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kamenskiy thinking.
Sullivan throws a front kick aimed at Kamenskiy's knee but Kamenskiy avoids it well.
Kamenskiy tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Kamenskiy misses with a takedown attempt - Sullivan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kamenskiy.
Sullivan tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kamenskiy fails with the takedown.
Sullivan darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Kamenskiy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Kamenskiy looks winded!
Sullivan scores with a jab to the body.

Kamenskiy walks into a left hand.
Kamenskiy throws a nice looking combination but Sullivan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sullivan fires out a quick counter leg kick but Kamenskiy just manages to avoid it.

Sullivan drops Kamenskiy with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kamenskiy looks back up at him and smiles so Sullivan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Kamenskiy is still on wobbly legs! Can Sullivan finish him?

It looks like Valera Kamenskiy has been cut.
Sullivan lands with a good body shot.
Sullivan throws an uppercut from hell that sends Kamenskiy clean off his feet! He's out cold! Sullivan stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
