Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Troy Larson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hammer shoots in and bounces Larson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Larson is striking from the bottom but Hammer uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Larson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Larson looks like he's trying to stand up.
Larson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hammer scores with a couple of nice shots.
Hammer is trying to control. Larson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Still in half guard, Hammer seems content to control.
Larson is looking for a sweep. Hammer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Hammer is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Larson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hammer is working away from the top position though.
Hammer controlling the action here.
Hammer is just content to waste time from the top position. Larson takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Hammer stops Larson from standing up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hammer slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Hammer decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Hammer is thwarting Larson's attempts to control the position.
Larson wants to get back to his feet.
Hammer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Larson pushes Hammer off looking to stand but Hammer dives back in and keeps control.
Hammer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Larson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Hammer is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Larson sees it coming and defends easily.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Hammer closes the distance and clinches.

Hammer ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hammer no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Hammer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Hammer has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Larson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hammer has tightened it up now! Larson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
