Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wyatt Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Kozlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wyatt Jordan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Igor Kozlov!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozlov misses with a head kick.

Kozlov rushes Jordan and presses him up against the cage.
Kozlov wants to break free but Jordan has control.
Kozlov tries to circle away but Jordan has him pinned against the cage.
Kozlov wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Kozlov gets control of Jordan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kozlov will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Kozlov wants to sweep here but Jordan controlling him for the moment.

Kozlov is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kozlov tries to stall but Jordan uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Kozlov wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jordan has him pressed against the cage.
Kozlov wants to break free but Jordan has control.
Kozlov working hard to break the clinch.
Kozlov stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Kozlov wants to break the clinch but can't.
Jordan goes for a takedown attempt but Kozlov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Kozlov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Jordan is not content to let Kozlov control the position.

Kozlov seems to be looking for submissions.

Kozlov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Kozlov is keen to just control but Jordan is a slippery customer.

Jordan wants to get back to full guard.
Jordan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Kozlov throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Kozlov wants to stand up but Jordan is controlling the position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Kozlov stalling away here and it's allowed Jordan to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Jordan has his foot on Kozlov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kozlov works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Kozlov misses with a kick to the body.
Jordan attempts a counter takedown but Kozlov avoids it well and moves away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kozlov drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kozlov postures up and lands a big shot to Jordan's brow.
Jordan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Kozlov is looking to stand up but Jordan won't let him.
Jordan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kozlov controls the pace.
Jordan is trying to keep Kozlov in close.
Jordan wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Igor Kozlov dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Kozlov lands a nice looking body kick.
Kozlov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jordan tries to counter with a takedown but Kozlov is quick to defend against it.
Kozlov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Kozlov throws a right hand that Jordan ducks under and follows up with a left that Jordan also avoids with ease.
Kozlov lands with a good body shot.

Kozlov drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Kozlov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Kozlov is looking to work some ground and pound but Jordan has wrist control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jordan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jordan avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Jordan wants to sweep here but Kozlov controlling him for the moment.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Kozlov. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Jordan looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kozlov misses with a series of wild punches.
Jordan seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Kozlov clinches up with Jordan and pushes him back against the cage.

Kozlov wants the takedown. Jordan is fighting it off but Kozlov persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Jordan's guard against the cage.

Jordan is trying to control the position but Kozlov postures up.

Kozlov decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jordan, up you get!
Kozlov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Jordan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kozlov to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jordan seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Kozlov cracks Jordan with a solid left hand.
Jordan working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kozlov.
Kozlov throws an elbow that misses. Jordan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kozlov's guard. Nice move by Jordan!


Kozlov is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Jordan presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Kozlov is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Kozlov unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Kozlov is looking to break free of the clinch but Jordan has double underhooks.
Kozlov throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kozlov is trying to push Jordan away but Jordan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kozlov is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Kozlov has had enough of the clinch but Jordan keeps him there for the moment.
Jordan has Kozlov pressed against the cage, preventing Kozlov from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Kozlov can't break the clinch.
Kozlov is trying to break the clinch but Jordan is controlling him.
Jordan struggles to land a body shot inside as Kozlov controls his hands.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Kozlov has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Kozlov tightens his grip and picks Jordan up, before dumping him to the ground. Jordan manages to land in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Igor Kozlov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Excellent takedown into side control there by Kozlov.
Kozlov is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jordan's shoulder. That is not cool.
Kozlov wants to control but Jordan is keeping him busy.
Kozlov postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Who's going to make the next move?
Kozlov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jordan keeps working.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
You can see the frustration on Jordan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Kozlov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A quick step to the side and Jordan tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wyatt Jordan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Kozlov has closed the distance and engaged Jordan in a clinch.
Jordan avoiding damage as Kozlov throws knees to the body.
Jordan prevents Kozlov from breaking the clinch.

Jordan manages to pull guard.

Jordan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Jordan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kozlov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kozlov content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Jordan is looking for a triangle but Kozlov pushes his legs off easily.

Kozlov avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kozlov trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jordan's guard.
Jordan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kozlov trying to control the position from guard on top but Jordan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Jordan gets a double leg takedown into Kozlov's guard.

Kozlov pushes Jordan off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Igor Kozlov is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Kozlov moves into the clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Jordan is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kozlov is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Jordan to the mat. Jordan regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Kozlov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Wyatt Jordan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jordan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Igor Kozlov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kozlov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
