Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Viva Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldo Pitbull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pitbull throws an ugly left hook that misses

so Marquez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Marquez controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marquez is looking to work some ground and pound but Pitbull has wrist control.

Pitbull clinches up with Marquez and pushes him back against the cage.
Marquez is trying to drag Pitbull to the mat but Pitbull just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Pitbull lands a nice uppercut.

Marquez jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pitbull walks away with a smile on his face. Marquez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Pitbull dips a shoulder and cracks Marquez with a mighty uppercut! Marquez falls back against the cage and Pitbull unloads with a barrage of strikes! Marquez is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Pitbull screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
