Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slinga connects with an inside leg kick.
Pei throws a solid leg kick but Slinga takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Pei.
Slinga has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Humboldt Park Elite Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Slinga feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pei's calf.
Slinga misses with a kick to the body.
Pei throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slinga connects with a body shot that sends Pei's belly button to the back.
Slinga tries to land a body kick
and Pei counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Gun Slinga has been cut.
Slinga pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pei throws a shot to the body.
Pei throws a body punch but Slinga moves out of range.

Slinga closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Slinga tries a body shot but Pei blocks it.
Pei misses with a punch on the inside.
Slinga tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Pei's elbow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Slinga misses with a punch to the body.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Slinga creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Pei pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gun Slinga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Slinga's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pei connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Slinga scrambles back to his feet.
Pei takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Pei takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pei throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Pei fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Slinga.
Slinga throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Pei throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Slinga tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pei paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Slinga looks to land a right hand but Pei moved out of range.
Slinga paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Slinga uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pei.
Slinga looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Slinga blocks a low kick nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Slinga throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Pei! But no joy.
Slinga throws a nice inside leg kick.
Slinga lands with a cross.
Pei throws out a leg kick but Slinga moves out of range and Pei only half commits.

Slinga tries a low kick but Pei avoids it.
Slinga walks into a left hand.
Pei checks a leg kick.
Pei misses with a low kick.
Slinga swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Slinga chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Pei missing with a left hand there. Slinga was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Pei throws a hook but Slinga blocks it.
Pei has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Pei misses with a body shot.
Pei scores with a jab to the head.
Pei clobbers Slinga with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Slinga lands a head kick!
Nice body kick from Slinga.
Slinga moves in looking to clinch but Pei pushes him off.
Pei feints a counter leg kick.
Pei misses the jab.
A little feinted left hand from Slinga on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Pei misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Slinga.

Pei shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Slinga misses with a straight left.
Pei moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Slinga throws a lazy right hand but Pei sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nice body punch from Slinga.
Pei keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Slinga connects with a body shot.
Slinga throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nice defenses there by Slinga.
A telegraphed right hand from Pei misses the target.
Slinga seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Pei motions for Slinga to come forward. Pei throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Slinga lands a jab-cross combination.
Slinga connects with a crisp jab.
Slinga darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pei throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Slinga colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Pei as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Slinga is left battered and dazed whilst Pei and his camp cheer!
