Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harold Norman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kene Chukwuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Harold Norman has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Harold Norman seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chukwuka looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Norman is fending him off so far but Chukwuka persists. Nope, Norman circles away and we're back to standing.

Norman dives in and scores a takedown into Chukwuka's guard.
Norman throws a big elbow that misses.

Norman postures up in Chukwuka's guard and throws a big left but Chukwuka blocks it.

Norman connects with a couple of short punches.
Norman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Norman slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Chukwuka throws a push kick but Norman slaps the foot to one side.
As Chukwuka looks to move away, Norman throws a big counter combo bu Chukwuka just gets out of the way.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Chukwuka misses with a head kick.
Kene Chukwuka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Chukwuka forces Norman back against the cage and clinches.
Norman changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Chukwuka fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Norman gets caught napping as Chukwuka dives in and scores a takedown. Norman manages to retain guard.

Norman looking for a guillotine here but Chukwuka defends easily.

Chukwuka wants to control from the top but Norman keeps moving.
Chukwuka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Norman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Chukwuka is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Chukwuka postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Chukwuka stands and steps away. Norman gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Norman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Chukwuka.
Norman is looking to counter punch.
Norman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chukwuka as he jumps to the side.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Norman slaps away a takedown attempt from Chukwuka, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Harold Norman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kene Chukwuka.
Chukwuka tries to clinch there but Norman circles away.

It looks like Harold Norman has been cut.

Norman tries to sprawl but Chukwuka drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Chukwuka is looking to take a break and control but Norman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Chukwuka fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Norman avoids it really well and circles away.
Norman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Norman has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chukwuka is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Norman has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Chukwuka uses from the top position.

Norman is looking to cinch up a triangle. Chukwuka throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Norman's body to avoid the submission. Norman has instead reached around Chukwuka's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Norman arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
