Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Burton Guster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Fergers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fergers has chosen Linkin' Park - Waiting for the End as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guster has managed to clinch.

Fergers has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Guster avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Fergers goes for a takedown attempt but Guster pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Guster throws a nice looking combination but Fergers bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Guster is looking to clinch but Fergers is avoiding it.

Fergers tries to break the clinch but Guster is controlling the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fergers avoids the elbow strike from Guster, against the cage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Fergers has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Fergers working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Guster doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Fergers is tightening it up a little... Guster has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Guster reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Guster taps out! Nice BJJ there by Fergers!
