Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arse Bag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juki Koivu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arse Bag has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Arse Bag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Juki Koivu!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bag tries to clinch up but Koivu circles away and keeps his distance.

and Koivu counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Koivu is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Koivu slips nicely into half guard.

Bag is defending against the submission attempts here by Koivu.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Koivu in particular looking to stall.
Bag really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Koivu thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Still in half guard, Koivu seems content to control.

Koivu seems to be looking for submissions.
Bag wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Koivu working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Koivu takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Koivu uses his free foot to push down on Bag's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bag.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Koivu's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Bag tries to hold on but Koivu pushes him away.
Bag knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Koivu on the ground.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bag tries to lock up and control but Koivu gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Juki Koivu dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Koivu goes for a double leg but Bag avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bag continues to drive forward.

Koivu lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Koivu tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Koivu is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bag to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bag shrugs it off.
Koivu takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bag can't escape the position.
Koivu looking to finish Bag with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bag!

Koivu lands a couple of good shots and Bag has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Good control from Koivu.

Koivu is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Bag with him. Bag is trying to defend but Koivu has an arm under the chin now! Bag grimaces and is forced to tap out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Juki Koivu!
