The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Leon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tucker is fending him off so far but Leon persists. Nope, Tucker circles away and we're back to standing.

Tucker prevents the takedown attempt.

Leon is fighting off a takedown attempt but Tucker is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Leon to the mat. Leon regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Tucker is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Tucker drops back looking for a leg! Leon is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Leon manages to kick Tucker off! Tucker jumps back into Leon's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tucker passes Leon's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

It looks like Lloyd Leon has been cut.
Tucker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Tucker passes the guard and advances to mount!
Leon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tucker on the ground.
Leon wants to hold on but Tucker pushes him away.
Tucker unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Leon wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Tucker celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
