Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maubee Away (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Wagner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Away comes to the cage accompanied by Rude Boy Dreams. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wagner tries to bum rush Away with a series of wild strikes but Away uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wagner connects with a body shot that sends Away's belly button to the back.
A nice combination there by Wagner.
Away lands with an uppercut that bounces Wagner off the cage and back into range.
Away scores with a punch to the head.
Away looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Wagner!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Away tries for a kimura but Wagner is defending well.
Away tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Away has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Away with the ground and pound but Wagner regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Wagner is trying to maintain the position but Away is very close to passing his half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Away seems to be working for a kimura but Wagner defends the submission attempt.

Wagner digs a right hand underneath Away's ribcage. Away let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Away is trying to pull guard but Wagner has him pressed against the cage.
Away blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Away escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wagner tests Away's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wagner ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wagner misses with a series of wild punches.
Away has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wagner finds it's way round the side to connect with Away's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ryan Wagner will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Wagner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Away moves away.
Wagner just misses with a punch to the body.
Away feinted with a counter takedown.
Away is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wagner.
Wagner smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Wagner moves in looking to clinch but Away pushes him off.
Ryan Wagner seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Away looks to throw the jab but Wagner is out of range.
Wagner lands with a good body shot.
Wagner tries a low kick but Away avoids it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wagner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Away circles away quickly and effectively.
Wagner throws an overhand right that lands on Away's shoulder, as Away tries to avoid the shot.
Away takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Away looks to land a left hand but Wagner moved out of range nicely.

Wagner lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wagner.
Away takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Away throws a hook but Wagner blocks it.
Wagner connects with an inside leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wagner, as that shot connected.
Away takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Ryan Wagner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Away throws a lazy right hand but Wagner sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Wagner doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Away slips under a jab from Wagner.

Wagner throws a left and a right that both miss
so Away counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Away postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Wagner is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Away, into his guard.
Away throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Away has his foot on Wagner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wagner works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wagner trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Away being controlled here, momentarily.
Away is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wagner got a little sloppy there for a moment and Away has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wagner has managed to get both his arms back between Away's legs - danger averted.
Away looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wagner is one step ahead there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Wagner tries to free his leg and advance position but Away is retaining full guard.
Away is trying to control the position but Wagner postures up.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Away has his foot on Wagner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wagner works his way back into a safe position though.
Maubee Away overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That kick from Wagner tenderised Away's leg. Away is trying to keep his angry face on.

I would just about give that final round to Ryan Wagner.
