Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Oke Yagin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riley Biers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riley Biers will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oke Yagin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Riley Biers!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yagin swats away the attempt to clinch by Biers.
Biers misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Biers gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Biers not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Yagin makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Yagin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Yagin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Biers can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Yagin controls the pace.
Biers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Yagin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Yagin cracks Biers with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Yagin shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Yagin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Yagin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Biers swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Biers is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Yagin passes Biers's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Yagin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Biers on the ground.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Biers enables Yagin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Biers manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Yagin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Biers takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

A big shot lands for Yagin! That's hurt Biers! Will he recover? Yagin fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
