Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuzmenko cracks Torres with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Henry Torres has been cut.
Torres checks a low kick from Kuzmenko.
Kuzmenko rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Torres counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Torres scores with a nice strike.
Good standup being displayed there by Kuzmenko as he connects with a hook.
Torres loads up on a big right hand but Kuzmenko slips the punch.
Kuzmenko misses with a hook. Torres ducked under it nicely.
Torres throwing a counter right hand but Kuzmenko manages to avoid it.
Torres bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kuzmenko's head.
The fighters circling - Torres throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kuzmenko fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kuzmenko tries to land a leg kick but Torres saw it coming and moves away.
Torres cracks Kuzmenko with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Torres shoots in looking for a takedown. Kuzmenko tries to sprawl out of it but Torres keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kuzmenko manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Kuzmenko and Torres goes tumbling to the canvas! Kuzmenko follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Kuzmenko perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Torres wants to improve his position but Kuzmenko is controlling well.

Torres is refusing to be controlled, as Kuzmenko sits in half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kuzmenko has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Torres is proving hard to escape from.
Torres might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Torres wants to sweep here but Kuzmenko controlling him for the moment.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kuzmenko holds on and takes a little breather.
We've been hearing good reports from Torres's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Kuzmenko clobbers Torres with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Torres scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kuzmenko scores with a crisp jab that stopped Torres in his tracks.
Henry Torres's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Kuzmenko closes the distance and pushes Torres back into the cage.

Torres swings wildly with an uppercut but Kuzmenko uses good head movement to avoid it.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Torres looks to land a right hand but Kuzmenko moved out of range.
Torres uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kuzmenko.
Kuzmenko misses with a series of wild punches.
Good work by Torres as he checks the leg kick.
Kuzmenko has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Kuzmenko gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Torres working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kuzmenko wants to stand and escape but Torres is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kuzmenko is looking to stand up but Torres isn't so interested in that idea.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
