Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Lister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Titus Theodoreau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lister shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Theodoreau counters with a straight right hand.

Horrible takedown attempt by Lister or perhaps it was just good defense by Theodoreau, which made it look bad.
