The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Simpson does no damage.
Simpson really is a fat lump.
Sloppy strikes from Grant. Those never looked like landing.
Grant stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Denver Simpson has been cut.
Grant is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Simpson.
Grant misses with an uppercut. Simpson saw that one coming.
Simpson throwing a counter right hand but Grant manages to avoid it.
Simpson blocks a jab.
Simpson half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Grant connects with a combination that backs up Simpson into the cage. Grant lands a flurry of punches that gets past Simpson's guard. Simpson is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Grant bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
