Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Hartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson mb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from mb enables Hartman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. mb manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
mb being controlled here, momentarily.

mb is working an open guard so Hartman takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
mb throws a series of punches but Hartman moves out of range.
Hartman ducks under a wild hook from mb.
mb falls off balance throwing a combination

and Hartman counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hartman.

Hartman stands and steps away. mb gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Hartman misses with a few strikes there.
mb throws a right and a left that both miss.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Hartman counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hartman keeps the fight in the clinch, despite mb's efforts to push away.

mb is trying to break the clinch but Hartman has him pressed against the cage.
Hartman has mb pressed against the cage, preventing mb from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hartman tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. mb just stands there and leans against the cage.
mb is trying to force a seperation but Hartman has the dominant position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Hartman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Hartman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. mb tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hartman is in mb's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hartman stops mb from standing up.
Hartman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

It looks like Jon Hartman has been cut.
Hartman tries for a takedown but mb sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
mb lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hartman circles away quickly and effectively.
mb throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hartman.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hartman.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Hartman. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hartman takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hartman walks into a stiff left hand from mb.

Hartman is rocked!
mb connects with a nice cross there... Hartman is looking wobbly and mb recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Hartman to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - mb jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
