Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hernan Cambiaso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Etsu Kamon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hernan Cambiaso!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Etsu Kamon!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamon throws a wild body kick that Cambiaso sees coming a mile off.

Kamon moves into the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kamon takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Kamon keeps control of Cambiaso as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Cambiaso wants to break free but Kamon has control.
Cambiaso has Kamon pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kamon manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Kamon manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Cambiaso drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kamon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kamon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kamon!

Kamon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cambiaso keeps working.
Kamon looks up at the clock and then as Cambiaso takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kamon smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
A lull in the action here as Kamon stalls from top position.
Kamon wants to stand but Cambiaso is controlling his arm.

Kamon tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Cambiaso wants to control but Kamon postures up.
Kamon throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Kamon takes a little break here. Cambiaso wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Cambiaso tries to bench press Kamon off him but Kamon keeps the position.
Kamon has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Cambiaso is trying to escape the mount.

Kamon has control of Cambiaso's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Cambiaso regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kamon is pushing down on Cambiaso's leg trying to pass to half guard. Cambiaso is fighting to maintain full guard but Kamon has managed to sneak the leg through.

It looks like Kamon is going to stand back up.
Kamon prevents Cambiaso from improving his position.
Kamon perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Kamon thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Kamon is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Kamon is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Cambiaso reverses the position - he's now on top in Kamon's guard.
Kamon is trying to keep Cambiaso in close.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kamon is on top in guard.

Kamon wants to stand but Cambiaso has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Kamon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Cambiaso's guard.

Cambiaso wants to control but Kamon is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Cambiaso tries to hold on but Kamon pushes him away.

Kamon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cambiaso is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Etsu Kamon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


No joy there for Kamon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kamon wants to stand but Cambiaso has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Cambiaso takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Cambiaso wants to hold on but Kamon pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kamon takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Let's hope that Kamon has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well Kamon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
