Chavez gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Murder throws a body shot but no joy.
Chavez shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Murder manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Murder looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Chavez is defending well. Murder quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Chavez has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Murder celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
