Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Goldsmith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Goldsmith might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dos Equis. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

West throws a front kick aimed at Goldsmith's knee but Goldsmith avoids it well.
West throws a right and a left that both miss.
Goldsmith takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
West throws a body shot but no joy.
West connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Goldsmith's hands.
West thumps Goldsmith with a low kick.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Horrible takedown attempt by West or perhaps it was just good defense by Goldsmith, which made it look bad.
West connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Goldsmith momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
West misses with a hook to the body
and Goldsmith counters with a one-two to the body.
Goldsmith throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nice sprawl there from Goldsmith as West shoots in.
Goldsmith appears to be looking for a big counter.
West lands a lovely overhand right.
Goldsmith is rocked!
West is looking to slow Goldsmith down with leg kicks.
Oh Goldsmith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
West dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Goldsmith has had enough and taps out.
