PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Stoner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake McDaniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stoner kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hallelujah. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stoner has closed the distance and engaged McDaniel in a clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Stoner.
McDaniel is trying to break the clinch but Stoner has him pressed against the cage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stoner bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McDaniel's guard.

McDaniel sends Stoner crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McDaniel is motioning to the referee to let Stoner up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McDaniel throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Oh Stoner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rick Stoner is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
McDaniel drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Stoner's head, knocking him out cold! McDaniel is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
