Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuba Boulwiha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wade has chosen Dance Gavin Dance - Strawberry Swisher pt. III as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wade is looking to clinch.
Boulwiha shoots for a double leg takedown but Wade sprawls well. He's pushed Boulwiha's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Boulwiha or perhaps it was just good defense by Wade, which made it look bad.
Wade now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Boulwiha will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

We've been hearing good reports from Boulwiha's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Boulwiha has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Boulwiha is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wade doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boulwiha.
Boulwiha wants to free his trapped foot but Wade is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Boulwiha takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Boulwiha shoots in looking for a takedown. Wade tries to sprawl out of it but Boulwiha keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wade manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Boulwiha shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wade as he avoids it easily.

Boulwiha tries to bum rush Wade with a series of wild strikes but Wade uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wayne Wade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boulwiha dives in and grabs Wade's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wade pushes down on Boulwiha's head and hops out.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Wade closes the distance and clinches.
Wade lands a right hand.
Wade slowing the pace effectively.
Boulwiha jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wade walks away with a smile on his face. Boulwiha gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Wade throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wade stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wade wants it to stay on the feet.
Boulwiha is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Wade throws a body punch but Boulwiha moves out of range.

Wade has managed to clinch.
Wade working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Boulwiha has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wade avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Boulwiha jumps into guard, dragging Wade to the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wade has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Boulwiha is proving hard to escape from.
Boulwiha wants to sweep here but Wade controlling him for the moment.
Wade would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Boulwiha might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Wade content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Boulwiha has locked up a guillotine! Boulwiha's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Wade is holding on here and Boulwiha must be using up a lot of energy. Wade has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Boulwiha gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Yuba Boulwiha decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
