Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sarkis Terteryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob comes to the cage accompanied by Notkea rotta - Itä meidän. Terteryan has chosen Röyksopp - The Fear as his entrance music. Billy Bob looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 33 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sarkis Terteryan!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terteryan on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Bob lands with a straight right. Terteryan didn't see that one coming.

It looks like Sarkis Terteryan has been cut.
Bob seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Terteryan closes the distance and pushes Bob back into the cage.
Bob avoiding damage as Terteryan throws knees to the body.
Bob is looking for a takedown.
Terteryan tries to land knees in the clinch but Bob avoids the damage to the body.
Bob prevents Terteryan from breaking the clinch.
Terteryan is defending well against a takedown attempt.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Terteryan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Terteryan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bob misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bob fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bob.
Terteryan looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Terteryan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Terteryan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bob stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bob is breathing heavily.
Bob leaves Terteryan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Terteryan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Terteryan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bob but Bob pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Bob uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Terteryan.

Terteryan closes the distance but Bob moves to the side
and Bob counters with a stiff right hand.

and Terteryan counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Billy Bob has been cut.
Terteryan tries to clinch up but Bob circles away and keeps his distance.

A head kick lands from Terteryan that sends Bob to the canvas. Bob tries to scramble back to his feet but Terteryan brings him back down into side control.

Bob is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Terteryan is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bob has escaped the position, nice work there.
Oh Bob is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big shot lands for Terteryan! That's hurt Bob! Will he recover? Terteryan fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sarkis Terteryan!
Sarkis Terteryan really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Das Labor logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
