Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sun Hui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TikaKiyo Yoshiki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sun Hui!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, TikaKiyo Yoshiki!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yoshiki fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hui sprawls well initially but Yoshiki persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Yoshiki is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hui sees it coming and defends easily.
Hui preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hui avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Yoshiki.
Hui is pressing down on Yoshiki's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Yoshiki loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Yoshiki is fighting to break Hui's control of his arms but Hui is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hui is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Yoshiki is looking for a sweep. Hui is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Yoshiki really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hui. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sun Hui overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Hui wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Yoshiki, who protects the arm well.
We've been informed that Yoshiki has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Hui has hold of Yoshiki's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Yoshiki seems comfortable defending it but Hui has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Yoshiki is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Yoshiki is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hui couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Our winner, Sun Hui, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
