and Foley decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Diesel's guard.
Foley seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Foley throws a hook but Diesel blocks it.

Foley throws the kick towards the body but Diesel avoids it.

Foley seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Diesel throws a low kick but Foley avoids it.
Foley wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Jimmy Diesel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Diesel lands a glancing blow to the side of Foley's head.

Diesel displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Foley.
Diesel connects with a combination that backs up Foley into the cage. Diesel lands a flurry of punches that gets past Foley's guard. Foley is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Diesel bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
