Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darius Kasparaitis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tanner Pond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kasparaitis comes to the cage accompanied by Gotta Get Away. Pond has chosen Stick To Your Guns - Agianst Them All as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tanner Pond acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasparaitis shoots in looking for a takedown but Pond manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kasparaitis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

I was talking to Kasparaitis's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Pond lands a left and a right that send Kasparaitis crashing to the mat, dazed. Pond thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Pond measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Kasparaitis! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
