The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ottway on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kermodian. Kermodian obviously looking to wear him down.
Ottway wants to clinch
and Kermodian counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A slapping body kick lands there for Kermodian.
Kermodian throws a head kick but Ottway moves out of range.
A good leg kick by Kermodian.
A nice leg kick lands there from Kermodian.
Kermodian delivers a nice body kick.
Kermodian throws a head kick that misses.
Ottway takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Kermodian lands a big head kick that sends Ottway tumbling to the mat! Kermodian takes a step backwards and waves Ottway back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ottway is trying to pull guard but Kermodian has him pressed against the cage.

Ottway wants to take the fight to the mat but Kermodian manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Mark Kermodian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Ottway.
Ottway tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kermodian smiles and moves away.

Kermodian connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Ottway! He's out on his feet! Kermodian rushes in and drops Ottway with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
