Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marty Leslie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Gerous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marty Leslie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
24 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dan Gerous!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gerous closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Gerous tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gerous has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Gerous looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Gerous throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gerous tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gerous sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Leslie is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gerous wants to control but Leslie is keeping him busy.
Gerous tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Gerous looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Leslie is avoiding damage well.
Gerous controls the position from side control.
Leslie is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leslie is not content to let Gerous control the position.
Leslie managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Gerous.
Gerous stands up.
Leslie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gerous connects with a combination that backs up Leslie into the cage. Gerous lands a flurry of punches that gets past Leslie's guard. Leslie is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Gerous bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dan Gerous!
