Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Strong Arm Steady as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Jackson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Grant counters with a shoot takedown. Jackson fights it but they end up in guard.
Jackson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Grant's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
