Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Doni Gringo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gringo.
Knight lands a head kick!
Gringo ducks under a wild hook from Knight.
Knight lands a two punch combo.
A nice combination there by Knight.
Knight avoids the head kick by Gringo.
Gringo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Knight swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Knight lands a nice shot that snaps Gringo's head back.

Gringo is rocked!
Knight throws a lazy uppercut
and Gringo counters with a three punch combo that has Knight backing up. Knight nods at Gringo to acknowledge the strikes.
Oh Gringo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Knight lands the left hand.
Knight ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gringo moves away.
Knight dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Knight clinches with his opponent.
Gringo seems to have got his legs back now.
A right handed body shot lands from Knight.
Knight keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Gringo's efforts to push away.
Knight misses with a shot to the kidneys.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Knight stalls.
Knight has Gringo pressed against the cage.

Knight escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Victor Knight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Knight scores with a nice head shot.
Knight throws a quick inside leg kick.
Knight connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Knight walks into a stiff left hand from Gringo.
Gringo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gringo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Knight.

Knight closes the distance and clinches.
Knight lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gringo backwards.
Gringo tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Gringo blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Knight breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Knight avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Knight misses with a series of wild punches.
Gringo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Knight defends well and Gringo ends up having to push Knight into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Gringo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gringo is breathing heavily.
Gringo throws a big shot that misses.
Knight unleashes a big counter combination but Gringo bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Knight lands a big head kick that sends Gringo tumbling to the mat! Knight takes a step backwards and waves Gringo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Knight scores with a kick to the body.
Gringo takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gringo tries to move into range but Knight moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Gringo looks up at the clock. Bad move! Knight lands a right hand from hell, dropping Gringo. Knight pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
