Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Neander Obeh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Stiglitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stiglitz swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Obeh drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

It looks like Neander Obeh has been cut.
Stiglitz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Obeh.
Obeh shoots in for a takedown but Stiglitz shows good takedown defense.
Obeh looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stiglitz is fending him off so far but Obeh persists. Nope, Stiglitz circles away and we're back to standing.
Obeh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stiglitz paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Stiglitz lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Stiglitz misses with a series of wild punches.
Obeh scores with a body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stiglitz cracks Obeh with an uppercut from hell and Obeh crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Stiglitz's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Obeh is rocked!

Obeh throws his legs up looking for a submission but Stiglitz uses it to pass to side control.
Obeh tries to improve position but can't.

Obeh can't do much from the bottom here.

Obeh looking for a sweep but Stiglitz has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Stiglitz sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Stiglitz throws some wild stikes that Obeh manages to avoid easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Stiglitz misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Let's hope that Stiglitz has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Stiglitz throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Stiglitz circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice shot lands for Stiglitz.
Stiglitz throws an overhand right that has Obeh reeling! Stiglitz follows up with more punches and Obeh is out cold! This one is all over!
