Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Dandas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Berus Lihi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bruce Dandas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Berus Lihi!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dandas lands a glancing blow to the side of Lihi's head.
Lihi is rocked!
Some bone on bone action there as Dandas checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Lihi is still on wobbly legs! Can Dandas finish him?
Lihi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dandas.
Dandas drops down looking for a counter takedown but Lihi sprawls and moves away.
Lihi finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Lihi seems to have recovered his senses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dandas looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lihi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dandas.
Dandas doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lihi misses with a wild body shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lihi.
Lihi lands a leg kick that knocks Dandas off balance momentarily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Lihi wants to get back to his feet but Dandas is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Dandas definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Well, if Dandas is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dandas is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Dandas is taking a breather. Lihi says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dandas connects with a nice short shot to Lihi's temple.

Lihi has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Berus Lihi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
