The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allah fails with a takedown attempt.
Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Allah tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Allah to the ground. Allah escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gracie looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Allah shoots in for a takedown but Gracie shows good takedown defense.
Allah fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Basher Allah. That's going to take a lot out of him.
No luck for Allah with that takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Allah.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gracie has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Allah is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Gracie yanks on the arm and Allah is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Gracie.
