The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson misses the shot to the body.

and Ruffneck counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ferguson throws an off balance right hand
and Ruffneck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Ferguson lands with a straight right. Ruffneck didn't see that one coming.
Ferguson jabs Ruffneck to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ruffneck throws a hook but Ferguson avoids it easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ruffneck fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ferguson manages to avoid it.
Ferguson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ruffnecks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Ruffneck throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ferguson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Ruffneck digs a good body shot into Ferguson's ribs.
Ferguson shoots for a takedown but Ruffneck saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ruffneck fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ruffneck will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The Ruffneck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ruffneck lands with an uppercut that bounces Ferguson off the ropes and back into range.
Ruffneck connects with a nice looking jab.
Ferguson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ruffneck throws out a powerful jab.
Ferguson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Ferguson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ruffneck.
Mikey Ferguson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Ruffneck counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ferguson throws a big shot that misses.
Ferguson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ferguson throws a lazy right hand but Ruffneck sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Ruffneck counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Ferguson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ruffneck scores with the left hand. Ferguson knows he should have avoided that one.

Ferguson is rocked!
Ferguson is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Ruffneck just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Ferguson has gone limp and this one is over!
