Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lawrence Cohen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel the Luchador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cohen comes to the cage accompanied by Season in the Abyss. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Cohen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of the Luchador's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take the Luchador's back!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cohen is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. the Luchador knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften the Luchador for a finish.

the Luchador really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cohen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cohen has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for the Luchador! Can he survive? No! He's out! Cohen gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
