Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Braun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ken Masters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alex Braun!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masters moves away from the strike by Braun.
Braun tries to move into range but Masters moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Alex Braun has been cut.
Masters throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Masters misses with a two punch combination.
Masters throws a sloppy head kick
and Braun counters with a one-two to the body.
Braun misses with a two punch combination.
Masters darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Masters moves out of range as Braun strikes.
Masters misses with a jab, cross combination.
Braun throws out a counter right but Masters avoids it with no problem.
Good shot there by Masters.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Braun lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Nice uppercut lands for Masters. That snapped Braun's head back.
Masters throws a body punch but Braun moves out of range.
Masters takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Ken Masters has been cut.
Masters missing with a left hand there. Braun was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Masters slips a jab from Braun.
Braun fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Masters is out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Braun throws a shot from downtown. Masters moves away and avoids it.
Masters goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Masters cracks a nice hook into Braun's ribs.
Masters swings for the body but Braun moves out of range.
As Masters backs off Braun throws a huge counter combo but Masters manages to avoid it all.
Braun should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Braun looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Masters misses with a hook. Braun ducked under it nicely.
Braun drives through and clinches with Masters against the cage.
Masters pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Masters drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Braun right on the button. Braun goes down! Masters follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Masters gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ken Masters!
