PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wet Hell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herald Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Smoke the Fire!! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Hell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Hell wants to improve his position but Taylor is controlling well.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Taylor is pressing down on Hell's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hell is holding on for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Taylor is looking for a kimura but Hell is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Taylor to get the leverage.

Taylor stands up and beckons Hell to join him on the feet.

Taylor has managed to clinch.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Taylor.

Taylor has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Hell clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Taylor looking to break Hell's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Hell remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Taylor will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Hell is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Taylor gets his way!

Hell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Taylor on the ground.
Taylor controlling the position well here. Hell rolled but Taylor kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Hell throws a half hearted mid kick.

Taylor shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hell napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Taylor throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Taylor lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hell takes a step back to recover.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taylor is looking to clinch but Hell is avoiding it.

Oh Hell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Taylor lands a huge takedown. Hell is out but the ref is slow to react and Taylor lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Hell lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
