The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stranzas fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Garcia manages to avoid it.
Garcia dives in for a single leg takedown but Stranzas sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

enabling Stranzas to counter with a crisp jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garcia wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stranzas has him pressed against the cage.
Garcia has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stranzas avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Stranzas is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Garcia can't fight it off and eventually Stranzas manages to take the fight to the floor. Garcia looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
