The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Jones was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Jason Carter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carter shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Carter's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Carter.

Jones drops Carter with a beautiful combination! Carter stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!


Carter is rocked!
Carter drops his hands for a split second and Jones immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Carter face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Jones follows up with a right hand that knocks Carter into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
