Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Con Waterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Optimus Rimes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Waterson comes to the cage accompanied by Oasis - Roll With It. Rimes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sweet Dreams by Marilyn Manson kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Rimes. Waterson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rimes scores with a sloppy right hand. Waterson should have avoided that one.
Waterson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Optimus Rimes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Waterson takes one to the side of the head.
Rimes thows a left - swing and a miss!
A nice leg kick lands there from Waterson.
Waterson looks for the body kick but Rimes saw that one coming.
Waterson tests Rimes's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Rimes throws a looping overhand right but Waterson ducks down to avoid it.
Rimes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rimes works Waterson's body with a nice hook.

Rimes buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Waterson moves out of range of the leg kick from Rimes.
Waterson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rimes manages to avoid it.
Rimes tries to counter with a clinch but Waterson shakes him off and moves away.
Waterson looks to land a left hand but Rimes moved out of range nicely.
A telegraphed right hand from Waterson misses the target.
Rimes stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Rimes ducks right into an uppercut from Waterson.
Rimes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Waterson was well out of range. Poor timing from Rimes.
Waterson takes one to the chin there.
Rimes lands with a good body shot.
Rimes misses with a looping left.
Nice body kick there by Waterson.
Waterson loads up on a big right hand but Rimes slips the punch.
Waterson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Rimes moves out of range of the strikes.
Waterson throws the left hand but Rimes avoids the punch easily.
Waterson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Rimes misses with a straight left.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rimes ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Waterson lands a body shot.

Rimes bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Waterson's head backwards.
Rimes fails in his attempt to clinch.

Waterson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Rimes lunges at Waterson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Waterson's hand.
Rimes connects with a body shot that sends Waterson's belly button to the back.
Rimes scores with a decent looking hook.
Rimes uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Waterson.
Waterson scores with a spinning back kick!
Rimes throws a series of punches but Waterson moves out of range.
Waterson jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Waterson misses with the combination.
Waterson throws a big shot that misses.
Rimes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Waterson was well out of range. Poor timing from Rimes.
It appears Waterson was looking to counter with a kick there.
Waterson takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Waterson lands a left and a right that send Rimes crashing to the mat, dazed. Waterson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Rimes is rocked!
Rimes gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Waterson points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Rimes wakes up just in time to hear Waterson thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
