The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Gomedov finds it's way through Clemons's defenses.
Gomedov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Clemons uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gomedov.
Gomedov throws a series of punches but Clemons moves out of range.

Clemons darts in and clinches Gomedov up against the cage.

Clemons breaks the clinch.
Gomedov scores with a body shot.
No joy there for Gomedov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A big left from Clemons misses.
Clemons throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Gomedov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Clemons throws a big right hand that misses.

Clemons drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Clemons seems to have locked his on tight now - Gomedov screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Clemons, as he picks up the win!
