Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hard Headed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hard Headed is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Robert Wolf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hard Headed!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Headed lands with a kick to the temple. Wolf shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Wolf misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Headed.
Wolf seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Headed tries to clinch but Wolf is having none of it.
Headed throws a body kick, spinning off balance

and Wolf counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Headed!
Headed avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Wolf.
Headed felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Wolf wants to lay and pray for a moment but Headed keeps working.

Wolf creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Headed sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Headed manages to capitalize on a mistake by Wolf to take his back!

Headed is not going to allow Wolf to sit and survive in this position.
Headed controlling the position well here. Wolf rolled but Headed kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Wolf is really stuck here.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Wolf prevents Headed from getting a body triangle.
Wolf rolls, trying to escape but Headed keeps control of the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close round but I would say that Robert Wolf will probably get the nod.

Headed throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Headed lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hard Headed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wolf closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

After the fight, Hard Headed was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
