Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francis Underwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Francis Underwood will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pedro Lopez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Francis Underwood!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Underwood misses with a low kick.

Underwood wants to slow Lopez down by chopping away at his legs.
Lopez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Underwood can pounce on him.
Underwood has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Underwood is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
