Takaya tries to pull guard but Gibbs won't allow it.
Takaya successfully pulls guard.
Gibbs postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Gibbs knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Takaya on the ground.
Takaya looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Gibbs might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Gibbs content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Takaya has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gibbs can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Gibbs wanted to stand there but Takaya had control of the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Takaya has his feet on Gibbs's thighs here. He's pushed Gibbs off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gibbs screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
