The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Norton looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Norton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Scott Norton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Norton lands a big right hand that sends Lyons crashing to the mat! Norton stays standing though and waves Lyons back to his feet!

Lyons throws out a leg kick but Norton moves out of range and Lyons only half commits.
Lyons is still on wobbly legs! Can Norton finish him?
Norton is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Lyons flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Lyons is out cold! Norton holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
