Wagner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Alexis throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Igor Alexis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alexis lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Wagner shoots in for a takedown but Alexis shows good takedown defense.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Alexis drops Wagner with a right and a left! Alexis comes rushing in but Wagner regains his composure and manages to keep Alexis in guard.

Wagner has his foot on Alexis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Alexis works his way back into a safe position though.

Wagner controls Alexis momentarily but Alexis frees himself.
Wagner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Alexis gets to his feet. Wagner looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Alexis lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Wagner can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Alexis and Wagner drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Alexis.

A very excited looking Igor Alexis rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
