Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Guavo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dario Nitiguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guavo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Super Star. This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nitiguchi closes the distance and clinches up with Guavo, looking for a takedown. Nitiguchi pushes Guavo against the cage but Guavo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Guavo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Guavo drops back looking for a leg! Nitiguchi is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nitiguchi manages to kick Guavo off! Guavo jumps back into Nitiguchi's guard.
Nitiguchi can't keep his opponent in guard - Guavo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Nitiguchi is refusing to be controlled, as Guavo sits in half guard.

Guavo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Guavo passes to side control.
Nitiguchi is trying to improve his position.

Guavo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Guavo swings around for an armbar but Nitiguchi sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Guavo's guard.

Guavo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Guavo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nitiguchi is one step ahead there.
Nitiguchi would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Nitiguchi has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Guavo is proving hard to escape from.

Nitiguchi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Guavo has an active guard here but Nitiguchi has managed to pass into half guard.
Guavo is refusing to be controlled, as Nitiguchi sits in half guard.

Guavo is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Nitiguchi pulls his head out easily.

Guavo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Guavo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Guavo is tying to control. Nitiguchi wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guavo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Nitiguchi defends it well.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Guavo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nitiguchi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Nitiguchi wants to control the pace but Guavo is squirming around nicely.

Guavo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nitiguchi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Guavo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Nitiguchi doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Guavo.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Nitiguchi moves in looking to clinch but Guavo pushes him off.

Guavo has hold of Nitiguchi's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Nitiguchi manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Guavo has got one arm under Nitiguchi's chin. This could be trouble... Nitiguchi trying to control the other hand but Guavo gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Nitiguchi has tapped out! The fight is over!
