The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martell works Bailey's body with a nice hook.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Martell - that will leave a mark!
Oberyn Martell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bailey takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Martell throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Good exchange - Martell coming out on top.
Bailey lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Martell scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bailey doesn't seem bothered though.
Martell feints and then cracks Bailey's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bailey down.

Bailey scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Good leg kick by Martell there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bailey throws an overhand right that lands on Martell's shoulder, as Martell tries to avoid the shot.
Martell has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Martell is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Bailey had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Martell lands with an uppercut that bounces Bailey off the cage and back into range.
Bailey takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Bailey takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Bailey seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Martell cracks Bailey with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bailey is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Martell throws a leg kick which misses Bailey's front leg but catches the back leg as Bailey tries to avoid it.

The fighters circle, before Martell throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Bailey's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Martell lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
