The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Sanchez as Vatanen shoots in.
Sanchez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vatanen is fending him off so far but Sanchez persists. Nope, Vatanen circles away and we're back to standing.

and Sanchez counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sanchez is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vatanen defends it well.

Dirty Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Turo Vatanen.

Sanchez has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Vatanen to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Sanchez is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Vatanen pulls down on the head and he's put Sanchez to sleep! This one is all over!
