Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marko Resnov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Rock!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Resnov manages to avoid it.
Resnov misses with a wild body shot.
Rock avoids the head kick by Resnov.
Rock is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Rock comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Resnov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rock moves into range and connects with a jab.
Rock swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
It looked like Resnov was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Rock lands a really nice looking cross but Resnov seems unphased.

and Rock counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Marko Resnov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Rock.

Rock throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A bone on bone clash there as Resnov blocks the leg kick.

Rock does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

It looks like Johnny Rock has been cut.
Resnov throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Rock to counter with a crisp jab.
Rock lands a really nice looking cross but Resnov seems unphased.

Resnov throws a big counter combination but Rock scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Johnny Rock seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Resnov throws a leg kick which misses Rock's front leg but catches the back leg as Rock tries to avoid it.

Rock has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Rock cracks Resnov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rock will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Rock changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Resnov tries to avoid it but Rock manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Resnov to the ground. Resnov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Resnov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rock manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
As Resnov backs off Rock throws a huge counter combo but Resnov manages to avoid it all.
Rock looking to score a takedown here. Resnov is defending well but Rock drives through and ends up in Resnov's guard.

Johnny Rock showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
