Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Riseman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and HooPee Peteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peteri has chosen Rammstein - Pussy as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Riseman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Peteri tries to roll over but Riseman keeps him under control.

Riseman is pressed up against the cage. Peteri has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Riseman down to the mat. Riseman avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Peteri fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Riseman is out of range.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Riseman's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

and Riseman counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Riseman tightens his grip and picks Peteri up, before dumping him to the ground. Peteri manages to land in guard.

Riseman has control of Peteri's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Peteri regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Peteri had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Riseman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Peteri Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Riseman's back instead.

Horrible takedown by Riseman or perhaps it was just good defense by Peteri which made him look bad.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Riseman, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
