Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Gooden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reshad Tartan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reshad Tartan struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 267.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Michael Gooden has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Reshad Tartan!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gooden misses with a takedown attempt
and Tartan counters with a straight right hand.
Gooden with a poor takedown
enabling Tartan to counter with a crisp jab.
Gooden has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tartan finds it's way round the side to connect with Gooden's head.
Tartan fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gooden tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tartan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gooden somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Gooden. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gooden doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tartan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gooden misses with a takedown attempt
and Gooden takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gooden looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gooden is looking for a kimura but Tartan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gooden to get the leverage.
Gooden not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gooden is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Gooden loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gooden is looking to pass into half guard but Tartan pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Tartan is in guard.
Gooden punching to the body, from the bottom.
Tartan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gooden has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tartan has managed to get both his arms back between Gooden's legs - danger averted.
Tartan wants to stand but Gooden has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Gooden throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Gooden looking for a triangle here. Tartan is fighting it but it looks tight! Gooden pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Tartan is tapping out - this one is all over!
